Post Completions Assistant
- Salary: £23,000 FTE
- Location: Farnborough
- Job Type: Part-time (20 Hours per week / Flexible)
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and highly organised individual to develop their legal career within our successful Residential Property department on a part-time basis.
Day to Day of the role:
- Utilising the Land Registry portal to carry out priority searches.
- Addressing lender's requirements post-completion and managing deeds thereafter.
- Handling Department administrative tasks and managing your own workload.
- Submitting applications for registration at the Land Registry for the Department.
- Responding to Land Registry queries during the registration process.
- Reviewing financial ledgers and arranging for the return of balances to clients.
- Closing files and assisting with Deeds requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role within a legal environment is desirable but not essential.
