THE COMPANY:
An insurance company based in the City are looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
The Receptionist's duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office
- Manage the reception desk email inbox
- Ensuring meeting room and IT equipment is functional
- Manage the presentation of Reception area and meeting rooms
- Manage the meeting room diary
- Provide ad hoc support to the EA's when needed
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist within a professional services environment
- Multitasking and time management skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative and proactive
