Our award-winning clients Employment team is seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join their dynamic team in Manchester.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Provide insightful legal advice and guidance to a wide range of clients.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, ensuring client interests are protected.
- Represent clients at tribunals and hearings, when necessary.
- Contribute to business development activities and help shape the team's strategy.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law.
- A strong track record of success in managing a diverse caseload.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A clear and concise writing style, with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A passion for employment law and a desire to make a positive impact for clients.
