Factory Sort Line Operative
Avonmouth, Bristol.
Ongoing Temporary (Potential of permanent positions).
4 on 4 off- 2 days 2 nights (12 hour shifts)
Circa £15.27per hour.
My client, an Energy from Waste business that specialises in converting non-recyclable waste into renewable energy.
The site in Avonmouth is a plastics processing facility, converting non recyclable plastics in to new products which can be used in a variety of industries, all while creating green energy throughout the process.
Currently, we are looking for 3x Sorting Operatives to work on a temporary basis initially, with the view of moving to permanent positions.
You will spend your shift dedicated to a single line, ensuring that all plastic products that pass through, can be processed. This will include picking out foreign objects and materials, such as plastic bags.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills
- A willingness to carry out repetitive tasks for sustained periods of time.
- Someone who wishes to develop their career and climb the career ladder within industrial operations.
- Reliable & looking for a full time, permanent position.
- Able to commute to and from Avonmouth.
