Disrupt Agency (B Corp) are working with a trailblazing strategic digital comms agency that works across the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector to help create impact around the world.

This position offers both Hybrid and remote working options where flexibility is key. All employees have access to a London based office or if based outside of London you can work remotely with attendance at monthly in-person meetings in London. NB: Remote work is fully supported but you must be UK based full time and able/willing to attend these meetings which can be planned or reactive each month.

Our client is seeking a Paid Media Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key person within the team you will plan and execute paid media campaigns, working closely with Account Managers and other specialists to deliver impactful strategies for clients.

Paid Media Executive; What You'll Be Doing.

  • Plan paid media campaigns including platform selection, budgets, audience targeting, and creative development.
  • Build and manage campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and more.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Paid Specialists to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Analyse performance data to provide insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Deliver high-quality client reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital marketing approaches.

Paid Media Executive: Your First 3 Months- What to expect.

Week 1: Onboarding, getting to know the team and platforms, and understanding our culture.

-Weeks 2-4: Internal training, working behind the scenes on live campaigns, and shadowing team members.

Months 2-3: Continued training, working on client projects, and participating in monthly team meet-ups.
