Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive at, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch digital marketing services. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of client accounts, with a strong focus on SEO and PPC. Your ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, coupled with your excellent written and verbal communication skills, will enable you to effectively present ideas and strategies to clients, upsell additional services, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO and PPC strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate insightful reports.
  • Craft compelling written content for proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients to present new ideas, campaign strategies, and performance updates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions to clients, contributing to account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell services and grow client accounts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
