I am currently recruiting for an exciting well known UK business who have recently gone through a restructure and are searching for a Senior AP Analyst to support the team during this busy time.
The business is looking for a confident AP Analyst to hit the ground running and so the ideal candidate will have a proven knowledge of the end to end accounts payable duties including processing PO and Non PO invoices, managing direct debit payments, preparing supplier statement reconciliations. You will also be collaborating with the Financial Reporting and Commercial Finance trams as well as assisting with the month end process.
Ideally you will -
- Be AAT qualified or studying the qualifications, qualified by experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role in the finance department and ideally have experience with stock
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages including MS Word, Power Point and Excel
