Reed Talent Solutions are working with the Metropolitan Police, who are looking for an Interim Communications Manager Commercial Manager to join the Commercial Services Solution Delivery team to play a crucial role in the success of our organisation by ensuring excellent communication and engagement within our teams. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our strategic initiatives through effective internal communication.

The successful candidate will need to undergo Police Vetting Security Clearance.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop and deliver insight-driven, behaviour change led campaigns for internal audiences.
  • Communicate corporate updates creatively, ensuring a regular flow of proactive stories that build pride within the organisation.
  • Translate business challenges into successful integrated communication strategies with measurable objectives.
  • Tailor content to engage target audiences effectively, including hard-to-reach internal groups.

  • Build strong networks and influence stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Manage complex communication topics with empathy and professionalism.
  • Identify and maximise proactive communication opportunities.

  • Broad spectrum of modern communication skills with exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling expertise.
  • Experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation.
