Pod is excited to be partnered up with one of the UK's leading sustainable food brands with a $1.3 billion turnover and they are looking for a Planning Manager to join their team in Central London.
In this role, you will plan and manage the inbound flows of inventory for the UK and international business; taking ownership of the consolidated customer demand plan, effectively translating it into timely supplier production forecasts and fully managing the whole supplier purchasing process.

About the role:
- Oversee the full end-to-end demand and supply planning process for the UK business, including the Customer Service function
- Deliver market leading levels of stock availability by ensuring sufficient inventory is available to satisfy customer demand
- Coordinate the smooth flow of goods into the warehouse with 3PL providers
- Lead the UK businesses IBP process and facilitate operational information flow amongst the various internal departments
- Produce monthly KPI reports and analysis for IBP review and presentation in monthly board meetings
- Responsible for managing a Customer Supply Planner
About you:
- 3+ years experience in Supply Planning & Demand Planning with food & beverage/Consumer Goods background
- Strong communication skills and able to liaise with different stakeholders
- Ambitious, self starter and able to prioritise workload
- Strong analytical skills (Excel + ERP) ideally, experience using Oracle
- Degree or post-graduate degree essential
