Providing advice to a wide ranging client base regionally and nationally
Delivering an exceptional and bespoke service to each of its clients offering trust and communication
THE ROLE
Working with a highly experienced team acting on behalf of a variety of local businesses, many of whom have instructed the firm on a repeat basis over the years
Working closely with friendly and supportive team with a wealth of knowledge in the property sector
Advising on a wide variety or matters to include commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, commercial mortgages, property development and landlord services
Maintaining and further developing client relationships
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' experience in Commercial Property
An interest in business development and client relationship management
Excellent technical and client care skills
