With a reputation for excellence and meticulous attention to detail, we restore and enhance some of the city's most iconic heritage properties.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our high-end refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the refurbishment of period buildings, particularly Georgian-style terrace properties. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of heritage conservation, and the ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and heritage conservation guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, with a focus on the refurbishment of period buildings.
  • Extensive knowledge of Georgian-style architecture and heritage conservation principles.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
