Customer Service Administrator

Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary customer service executive to join their busy team! To be considered you must be available immediately and have excellent communication skills.

Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Respond to queries promptly or escalate to relevant teams as needed.
  • Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Signpost customers to appropriate services and partner organisations.
  • Process applications and support related procedures within required timescales.
  • Assist with payment collection and account administration
  • Provide admin support to the wider team
  • Help manage complaints

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in handling enquiries across multiple channels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
