Home Ownership Advisor
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (we will be moving office next year, therefore, the office location may change but will be local to Hoddesdon and Cheshunt)
Part-time, 18.5 hours per week (with flexibility)
Salary: £31,658 - £35,175 (pro rata)
We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible and adaptable individual with great communication, numerical and IT skills.
In this part-time, highly flexible role, you'll provide high-quality, personalised and professional customer service to our Home Owners via phone calls, email, and face to face, supporting them with queries. You will also assist with the preparation of annual leasehold accounts and service charge recovery, review all charges and ensure these are accurate and proportional. Additionally, you will monitor payment plans, deliver Section 20 consultations, produce accurate documentation and process sales completions.
We're looking for someone with...
- The ability to interpret legal documents relating to leasehold sales and shared ownership
- Competency in using complex spreadsheets for accounting
You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
