We seek an adept Commercial Property Solicitor with 5-6 years of PQE to join our clients expanding team based in London.

The Role

  • We're particularly interested in candidates who possess an existing client base or have the capability to generate new business.
  • You'll engage directly with diverse clientele, including agents, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, spanning various real estate sectors like offices, retail, leisure, and industrial properties.
  • Your role will involve providing legal counsel on property transactions, commercial leases, licenses, and landlord-tenant affairs.

Within the supportive commercial property team, you'll enjoy considerable autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving guidance from seasoned professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5-6 years of PQE.
  • Proficiency in handling various company property matters.
