The Role
- We're particularly interested in candidates who possess an existing client base or have the capability to generate new business.
- You'll engage directly with diverse clientele, including agents, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, spanning various real estate sectors like offices, retail, leisure, and industrial properties.
- Your role will involve providing legal counsel on property transactions, commercial leases, licenses, and landlord-tenant affairs.
Within the supportive commercial property team, you'll enjoy considerable autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving guidance from seasoned professionals.
Key Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5-6 years of PQE.
