With guidance from the Marketing Director and working alongside the ecommerce and digital manager, you will be building brand awareness, customer acquisition and conversion through a content-driven strategy therein raising their profile.

Description

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and content of all email communications.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of email campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with other marketing and agency departments to enhance campaigns.
  • Planning campaigns and maintenance of all campaign and lifecycle CRM
  • Working with CRM agencies to launch new CRM system
  • Working with data lists to segment and identify target markets
  • Set up and maintain e-marketing workflows
  • Campaign planning and lead generation across the marketing mix for product and sector launches
  • Collaborate with digital colleagues to gain paid search, SEO and online conversions to optimise all enquiries.
  • Manage and plan the annual content and social plan
  • Maintain Social media calendar and community chat across social channels ( FB, Insta, Twitter, LI, Tik Tok) through scheduling software.
  • Online content creation - planning, researching, writing and asset creation using software or freelance support

Profile

A successful E-mail Marketing Manager should have:
