With a global presence, this International Sales Executive will champion the company commitment to innovation, quality and exceptional service in everything they do to B2B clients across Europe.
The Role:
As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in European markets, targeting B2B clients across various sectors. You will be a key player in expanding our market share and fostering long-term relationships with clients, both new and existing. Fluency in European languages and a strong background in sales or marketing will be essential in achieving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company and its offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) is essential.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sales and/or marketing background with an understanding of the European business environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
