Role

As a Customer Support Officer you will play a critical role in the success of their customers. You will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring clients are able to maximise their usage whilst not encountering any down time.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking support.
  • Oversee the helpdesk operations for clients in the UK and Europe
  • Communicate updates and new features through their helpdesk portal.
  • Handle various administrative duties, including data entry for new customer onboarding and providing administrative assistance to onboarding managers.
  • Develop onboarding resources such as product demos, tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Support the sales team by organising conferences and creating sales materials.

Experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of transportation concepts, with knowledge of pallet networks being a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Technical savvy.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Creativity, particularly in crafting announcements for new features.
