Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Litho Print Operative to oversee litho printing operations overnight at our Dagenham site. In this role, you will be responsible for running lithographic presses, maintaining quality control, and ensuring print jobs are completed to specification within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
- Monitor press operations and adjust settings to ensure accurate colour reproduction.
- Conduct routine press maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all printed materials meet required standards.
- Communicate any production issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Experience operating lithographic presses in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of the litho printing process and colour matching.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
