Accounts Receivable Assistant - HYBRID WORKING

- Hybrid working 2 days at home, 3 days in the office
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our dedicated finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our sales ledger operations, including invoice processing, customer data management, and credit control support. This position is ideal for individuals who are pursuing or interested in starting their AAT studies, offering a pathway to further accountancy qualifications and career advancement.
Day to Day of the role:
- Report and process daily bank receipts.
- Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Raise invoices across various sales ledger areas.
- Manage third-party invoice debt.
- Maintain purchase order number requests.
- Process site hospitality transactions daily into the finance system.
- Support the credit control team by sending out statements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Takes responsibility for own tasks, ensuring completion to a high standard.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet important deadlines.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good team player.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic Excel skills.
