Global award-winning Private Equity Investment Management firm is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to the Finance team. Our client, based in their London office with Hybrid working is seeking someone with a solid background in accounts processing:
Accounts Assistant
- Expenses claims processing - processing expenses claims and ensuring policies are adhered to, maintenance of existing expenses policy.
- Supplier management and purchase invoices processing - processing purchase invoices, managing approval system, running system reports, maintenance of suppliers database.
- Payment run - managing European payment runs
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Support with VAT returns
