My client based in Hatfield is looking to recruit a qualified accountant to join it's team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Monthly Management Reporting
- Variance Analysis
- Managing, motivating and developing the finance team
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Improving processes and procedures
- Cashflow management
- Statutory reporting
You are qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) have excellent staff management skills, coupled with strong Management and Financial Accounting experience.
