Support Worker
Full time and part time
You will be working alongside service users with learning disabilities to allow them to live a fulfilled independent life. Taks include helping with daily living activities, supporting their finances, personal care, medication administration and helping them to make their own decisions.
Personal requirements:
- Good communication skills including the ability to listen to how others are communicating verbally, emotionally or by their actions and in order to advocate on behalf of the person supported with colleagues, professionals and others
- Good written English skills with an ability to contribute to record keeping
Shift patterns: (35 hours per week - overtime availble)
- Rotas
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Day / Evening / Night shifts / Sleep ins / wake in nights
- Weekdays / Weekends
- Unsociable hours

Qualifications and Experience:
- Specific qualifications are not mandatory, a commitment to pursing an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with and relating to people from diverse backgrounds.
