The Client
The Client is a Luxury real estate business with a successful business model creating professional office spaces. The business is rapidly expanding with centres across the UK.
The Role
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in accordance with internal accounting policies and statutory requirements for the 4 Centres you are responsible for including bank transaction postings, reconciliations, and managing purchase invoices.
- Manage payment processes, including monthly supplier payment runs, weekly ad-hoc payments, and purchasing card reimbursements, while preparing relevant journals and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L packs, monitor business rates, debtors/ creditors, prepayments, accruals, and manage quarterly VAT returns.
- Support Centre staff with financial advice, ensure accurate reporting, and assist with quarterly management accounts, annual budgets, and other finance-related tasks.
The Successful Candidate
Will have at least
2 years' experience
within a similar role with accounts preparation to trial balance as well as being
AAT qualified
- They will be proactive and have the ability to build effective working relationships with people in a multicultural environment, with great attention to detail and excellent time management.
