Responsibilities:
- Operate HV Colour and Black & White devices via network connections.
- Utilise finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating.
- Work diligently to meet tight, specified deadlines.
- Assist with administrative and data input tasks.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service, representing our client on-site.
- Handle client inquiries face-to-face and over the phone.
- Take on any other duties as required by the team.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a good level of IT skills, including knowledge of print set-ups.
- Can prioritise and manage peak service demands.
- Takes a flexible approach to working patterns.
