Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for an experienced and inspirational team leader (Litigation Team Leader) for their client based in Sheffield.
The company is one of the countries leading Debt Recovery Litigation experts and they are looking for an experienced team leader to energise and motivate a team of 25 Litigation Paralegals in a high volume debt recovery setting.
- Role responsibilities would be:
o Overall performance of legal & Litigation team
o Own end to end litigation and associated case management and processes
o Managing workflows and processes and managing any delays
o Driving team output to achieve collections targets
o Drive continuous improvements
o Managing clients relating to optimising performance
Requirements
- This role does not require legal qualification but would be advantageous.
- Proven experience leading teams in regulated environment
- Proven experience of litigation services
- Commercial, client focus
