An opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a busy and successful Property maintenance team in one of their branches in Hampshire.
Already comfortable and proficient working within a maintenance team, you will
have fantastic communication and organisation skills as well as being flexible and adaptable to unplanned events and emergencies.
The main role will cover (not exhaustive):
- Handling day to day Maintenance issues and liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Registering deposits.
- Dealing with check out reports and negotiating deposit deductions.
- Ensure safety certificates are compliant, kept up to date and appropriately recorded.
- Serving notices and issuing vacating notes.
- Chasing rent arrears.

A basic salary in the region of £27,000 to £32,000 is available dependant on experience. Please note that this position is worked Monday to Friday.
