Focusing on Strategic Procurement, and collaborating closely with the Engineering team, you will be challenging the status quo, identifying new solutions, and driving change.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Achieving supplier savings.
- Identifying new products and suppliers.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Supporting with new product development.
- Supporting with CAPEX Projects
Experience required:
- Substantial relevant procurement experience to include category management.
- Previous experience of working with engineering stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of contracts / contract drafting.
- CIPS qualification an advantage
