Do you have experience within Property Management? Are you able to come on board and take over a portfolio of clients?
Property Manager duties:
- Preparation of service charge budgets.
- Day to day maintenance of the buildings and communal areas.
- React to and address maintenance reports received.
- Managing a handful of portfolios
- Liaising with contractors regarding reactive maintenance.
