What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of steering, ride, and handling/stability performance for high-end vehicles.
- Utilise Vehicle Dynamics data and evidence to provide recommendations balancing cost, weight, and performance.
- Lead and influence teams towards the successful achievement of programme targets.
- Drive technical resolutions using a structured, data-driven approach.
- Employ AGILE methodologies in project management and development processes.
- Conduct and communicate Vehicle Dynamics attribute assessments to the wider team.
What You Will Bring:
- An Engineering Degree and a sound understanding of Vehicle Dynamics fundamentals.
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple systems and resources.
- Strong leadership or influential experience within teams.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis and 8 Disciplines of problem-solving.
- Desirable: Experience with Design of Experiments, FMEA, and subjective vehicle assessment capability.
