Key Responsibilities of a Business Developer:
- Drive continued sales to an established customer portfolio
- Develop self-generated and Telesales new business opportunities
- Manage sales pipelines effectively
- Meet agreed KPIs and targets
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Accurately update the CRM system
- Achieve pipeline, opportunity, and revenue targets
About You:
- A strong interest in sales and a competitive nature
- Excellent pipeline management skills
- Confident negotiation abilities
- Flexible sales techniques to suit clients at all levels
- Proficient in data management using a leading CRM system
- Must have a driving licence
