Role Overview

An exciting opportunity for an IT Support within a major visual communications group, specialising in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials. The Delta Group is a successful marketing organisation that runs its operations on a set of systems known as Workstream. These systems are managed and developed by a Product Management team, whose role has aspects of service delivery, product enhancement, user support, client liaison and data management.

The IT Support is a member of the Product Management team, who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of client solutions for the Workstream suite of applications. These solutions will enable the delivery of marketing materials to businesses across EMEA. The role will be first point of contact for internal and external users of the Workstream systems providing support for day-to-day operational queries. The role will require someone who is proactive and motivated to join a growing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the support queue, addressing user queries and providing excellent customer service support to internal and external users.
  • Setting up data across systems to enable clients, suppliers, agencies and other users to access and obtain our systems/services.
  • Supporting the implementation of new clients into the business.
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects and engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Operating in a team environment.
  • Proposing solutions to system and client requests.
  • Translate clear and precise deliverables/enhancements and help bridge the gap between system users and developers.
  • Testing of changes and data to make sure systems are stable and performing correctly.
  • Documentation and implementation of processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience working collaboratively
  • Experience delivering to customer deadlines and requirements.
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and tools

Desirables

  • Knowledge of marketing, the print industry, warehousing, logistics etc
  • MS Excel
  • Customer service experience
