This site based HR Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished professional to take responsibility for the human resources department in an industrial / manufacturing company based in HALIFAX. The successful candidate will champion HR best practices working on site in a generalist role for all aspects of HR.

Description

  • Reporting into the HR Director however you will have responsibility for the Halifax site working with the SLT
  • Site based and first point of contact for all HR matters including
  • Employee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role
  • A proven track record in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Site based 5 days per week

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary in the range of £40-50k
  • 5 days per week site based
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 22 days + BH rising to 25 days
  • Pension Scheme
  • Company bonus scheme - discretionary based on company performance
