Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.
Hybrid working available.
Full time, 37 hours per week. Fixed term for six months.
Salary: Up to £35,175 (pro rata).

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed customer-facing professional with great communication skills.

In this role, you'll ensure the delivery of great customer service in your area, ensuring our neighbourhoods are safe and our customers are appropriately supported.

Overseeing all housing management processes, you'll carry out tenancy sign ups and changes, produce complex documents and represent us in court, when required.

You'll address antisocial behaviour issues and assist with tenancy matters, enforcing notices (where appropriate) and working alongside agencies to safeguard our customers in their homes and provide solutions to neighbourhood problems.

We're looking for someone with...

- experience of working in a customer service or customer-facing role
- good IT skills
- GCSEs at Grade C/Level 4 (or equivalent)
- a full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

You'll also need to be a great communicator who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
