BDM Recruitment is searching for a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding, nationally recognised mortgage brokerage firm! What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven leadership: Minimum 5 years' experience as a successful Mortgage Sales Manager with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Mortgage expertise: Hold a full mortgage qualification and possess a deep understanding of the whole-of-market mortgage and protection landscape.
  • Recruitment savvy: Demonstrate skill in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier mortgage advisors.
  • Coaching & mentoring: Possess exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities to help your team reach their full potential.
  • Analytical mind: Utilize strong data analysis and KPI tracking skills to measure individual and team performance.
  • Business acumen: Provide strategic guidance and fresh ideas to drive team growth and success.
  • Communication excellence: Excel at written and verbal communication, building rapport with colleagues, clients, and brokers.
  • Self-motivated & driven: Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK: Clean credit history, full UK driving license, and no criminal convictions.
