I am seeking an interim Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to join a not-for-profit organisation in North Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be immediately available, able to hit the ground running and have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and BAU HRBP experience.

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR issues, policies, and legislation.
  • Lead on employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Collaborate with other HRBPs to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in line with current legislation and best practices.
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development of a healthy organisational culture that fosters a high performance and customer-centric approach.

Profile

A successful HRBP should have:

  • Be available for immediate start
  • CIPD or equivalent, ideally but not essential.
  • Proven experience in an HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
