An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fixed Term Maternity Cover HR officer to join our client at their busy site in Stratford.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will responsible for:
- Supporting managers through the Grievance, Sickness and Discipline process
- Compiling various MI reports and statistics, including people and attrition analysis, KPIs and Leavers reasons comparisons
- Overseeing the TUPE process from beginning to end.
- Processing payroll information ensuring the relevant audit trail is completed including the process of employees in the Workday people system
- Ensuring the compliance with IR35 Tax Legislation requirements
- Undertaking various projects from time to time
- Providing and reporting projects
- Providing and reporting HR Information
