This is a rare opening to join our Westerham based client, who are looking to hire an experienced Sales Administrator to support the busy sales team.
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 plus a quarterly target based bonus
Location: Westerham, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours a week, 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm (rota basis)
Benefits: Company pension, on-site parking, 20 days + bank holidays

The role is varied, and you will need to be adaptable to the challenges of the day. Some of your daily tasks will include:
- To answer the incoming calls and transfer where appropriate.
- To follow up on web enquiries, internally created leads and incoming phone calls to optimise sales leads.
- To take job requests and log them on our computer system.
- To accurately create and update quotes on CRM / Salesforce.
- To call existing clients following up on quotations by the Surveyors.
- To proof - read and issue quotations.
Skills & attributes required:
- Excellent interpersonal and client-relation skills
- A strong skillset IT systems: excel, word. Salespoint or CRM experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills.
- A drive for success and following up quotes to generate new business.
- Prior experience in sales administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in sales administration.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with IT tools relevant to sales administration.
