German Speaking Credit Controller - £30,000 / £35,000 - Camberley
An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald are currently working with a Global business who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a permanent basis!
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Credit Control and Credit Analysis on German Ledger of Accounts
- Obtaining payment from Clients using effective collection techniques via telephone/email
- Query resolution and Credit note processing resolving disputes efficiently
- Sales Ledger account reconciliations and associated commentary + forecasting
- Running stop processes on accounts and communicating with internal stakeholders
- Referring of overdue accounts to collection agents
What experience do you need?
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller
- Fluency in German is a must
- Pro-active approach to collections and developing rapport with debtors
- Strong Excel skills
