Recruitment is ongoing for the role of Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer. The Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer will report directly to the Engineering and Comoliance Manager and will work as a member of the Strategy and Planning Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational management and delivery of M&E works programmes andprojects.
- Contract manage and monitor service providers delivering the M&E repairs,maintenance, and servicing contracts and ensure the Organization is statutory compliant in all aspects.
- Audit contractor performance and ensurecertification and test reporting is accurate andcorrectly recorded in databases and registers.
- Undertake pre and post inspections of worksand servicing to monitor quality and ensurethe service provider is meeting the contractspecification or brief.
- Prepare Health & Safety plans, risk assessments, projectplans, works programmes, budget estimates, draft board reports, project update reports and other information asrequired.
- Communicate with residents to ensure that services meet their needs and involve them in projects, specifications and setting service standards.

- Managing Lift andElectrical Compliance Contracts
- Programme andProject Management from conception to completion
- Ability to work independently, exercising goodinitiative and judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

- Proven experience and ability to deliverexcellent customer care and valuing diversity.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to workon a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Experience of conducting technical inspections
- Working knowledge of building services andbuilding construction, best practice and Regulations
Qualifications:
- Lifts - LEIA Practical Management of a Lift /Escalator Contract, Level 4 VRQ Diploma inAsset and Building Management Compliance(or equivalent) or Level 3 NIQ Diploma inEngineering Maintenance.
- Electrical - level 4 VRQ in Electrical SafetyManagement or Level 4 VRQ Diploma inAsset and Building Management Compliance(or equivalent)
