HR Administrator

Reed HR are supporting a professional services organisation to recruit a HR Administrator to perform HR administration duties and assist the HR team. This is permanent, site-based role in Sheffield.

  • Salary circa £27,000 DOE.
  • Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (35 hours) (30 hours also considered)
  • 25 days per year + Bank Holidays.

Job description

  • Answer Absence Reporting Line on a daily basis and update managers accordingly
  • Update HR system with starters, leavers, amendments
  • Produce Induction packs for new starters
  • Produce offer letters and all of the recruitment process
  • Produce amendment to contract letters
  • Deal with DBS checks for new starters
  • Assist HR Assistant by producing absence reports in line with sickness policy for all departments

Person specification

  • Ability to communicate at all levels including senior management
  • Ability to prioritise workload and to work to deadlines.
  • At least 2 years in an HR administration role required.
  • Experience of HR systems required
