Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage Caseload: Handle a diverse caseload from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the firm's client-first philosophy
- Legal Support: Provide timely and reliable legal advice on various conveyancing matters
- Client Interaction: Create a welcoming environment for clients, fostering strong, first-name basis relationships
- Efficiency: Manage approximately 5 settlements per week, ensuring swift and accurate transaction completion
- Proactive Approach: Proactively manage client expectations and adopt a forward-thinking approach to tasks
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to the firm's overall success
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of conveyancing experience
- Accreditation: Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal
- Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, confident, and capable of working as part of a larger team across multiple locations
- Calm Under Pressure: Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
