Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and understood.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute positively to the store environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising to create a luxurious and inviting shopping atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A passion for high-end furniture and decor, with a strong understanding of luxury retail environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Previous retail sales experience is essential; experience in luxury furniture retail is preferred.
- A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall customer experience.
