Client Liaison & Fashion Administrator
Shoreditch/Hoxton - studio based
Salary: FTE £25k - £28k
Permanent, 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Be the friendly face of our front of house, warmly welcoming all our clients with enthusiasm, regardless of size, age, or gender identifiers, LGBTQ+, into a safe space to validate and help them on their journey to style clothes that empower and give confidence.
- Capture and share detailed information about clients' garment requirements with our tailors.
- Assist in the procurement of exquisite fabrics, contributing to our tailor-made creations.
- Taking care of clients garments and ensuring they are on schedule.
- Ensuring the studio is organised, tidy and the garments are presented creatively.
Admin duties include:
- Manage data entry and order processing efficiently.
- Accurately capture each client's details into our systems to help us build long lasting, meaningful relationships with each person
- Work with our bookkeeper for invoicing tasks and maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Update and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot) to streamline customer interactions.
