Content Marketing Manager - Employee engagement / workforce management software.

Salary - £28,000-32,000 + 10% performance bonus

Location - 5 days a week in the office based around the Bristol/Bath area.

Report into - Head of Marketing

Salt have partnered with a B2B SaaS company who have various software & hardware products for workforce management. They have been functioning for 15+ years and currently have around 1,500 rolling clients and are now on a exciting growth journey!

They are seeking a hands-on Content Marketer to join their dynamic marketing team. You will have a passion for all things Content & Marketing and background in driving online traffic and promoting brand awareness.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Content & Marketing campaigns that promote the company and products.

Please note : this role requires someone who drives.

Role :

  • You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads / customers.
  • Create, Edit, & Publish Content for their website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Optimise website content for SEO, manage paid search campaigns, and track performance.
  • Oversee their social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists, and personalising content to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a Content/Marketing position
  • Extensive B2B experience, ideally within SaaS
  • Ideally, you will have multi-channel experience, across both Social & Digital channels.
  • Experience working within a small dynamic Marketing team
  • A strong understanding of brand positioning.
  • Excellent writing skills & verbal communication abilities.
  • Writing and dispatch email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a website to generate high-quality sales leads.
