Description
- Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing invoices and payment runs
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Tracking of all transactions across purchase and sales ledger
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Support with month end accruals, prepayments and reporting
- Providing administrative support as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Have gained relevant experience in a similar Accounts position
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
