Desktop Support / Tech Bar. L2 Engineer

Role: L2 Desktop Support Technician

Location: Fenchurch Road, London

Contract: 6 months

Start Date: Immediately

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 Desktop and VIP support, troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and resolving issues with Citrix, VDI, and Office 365.
  • Manage incidents with ServiceNow, handle hardware builds with Autopilot, maintain inventory and documentation, and support meeting rooms (Teams, Webex, Zoom).

Required Tech Stack:

  • Hardware: Troubleshooting experience.
  • OS: Windows 10/11.
  • Management Tools: Intune, Autopilot, ServiceNow.
  • Applications: Office 365, Citrix, VDI.
  • Networking: TCP/IP, VPN.
  • Security: Active Directory, Group Policy, Security/Anti-Virus, MFA.
  • Mobile Devices: MDM platforms (iPhones/iPads/Androids).

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field/technical experience.
