Role: L2 Desktop Support Technician
Location: Fenchurch Road, London
Contract: 6 months
Start Date: Immediately
**Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 Desktop and VIP support, troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and resolving issues with Citrix, VDI, and Office 365.
- Manage incidents with ServiceNow, handle hardware builds with Autopilot, maintain inventory and documentation, and support meeting rooms (Teams, Webex, Zoom).
Required Tech Stack:
- Hardware: Troubleshooting experience.
- OS: Windows 10/11.
- Management Tools: Intune, Autopilot, ServiceNow.
- Applications: Office 365, Citrix, VDI.
- Networking: TCP/IP, VPN.
- Security: Active Directory, Group Policy, Security/Anti-Virus, MFA.
- Mobile Devices: MDM platforms (iPhones/iPads/Androids).
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field/technical experience.
