Salary

: £25,000 basic plus 10% quarterly bonus & renewals - OTE £30k

Full-time, permanent (fully office based - no WFH)

Hours:

10am to 6:30pm Mon-Fri

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their busy London Bridge office. The role will be working with the Property Management team which consists of 3 other PMs and a PM Team Leader. The company has an office in China providing a constant stream of overseas landlords as well as building up local clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months - 1 year of property management experience, ideally within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage c. 100 residential properties

Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.

Doing mid-term inspections.

Organising and conducting check outs and inventories

Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors

Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices

Ensuring property compliance such as EICR's, gas safety and EPC certifications

Dealing with deposit disputes.

Organising tenancy paperwork.

Getting involved in serving section notices as required

Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals

General Property Manager duties.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in property management
  • Strong customer service and administration experience
  • Willingness to learn new skills and get stuck in
  • Confident and approachable attitude
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Strong IT skills
