To provide a customer facing service to a patch of properties in Bolton.
Carrying out customer visits on behalf of central teams including, gas visits, arrears visits, sign ups, tenancy breaches, tenancy reviews and Mutual Exchanges etc.
The role will involve travel across various estates so the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle. The candidate may be asked to cover other patches (Warrington and Manchester).
Must have IT skills to upload reports
Interview process - would prefer face to face but open to Teams.
No more than 45 minutes to 1 hour from location.
Pay rate - £17.04 PAYE or £21.06 Umbrella.
