My client is seeking an experienced and qualified senior finance professional to lead a team of qualified accountants. You will work closely with both the Group Finance Director and Managing Director to drive performance.

Working with this local SME, to oversee the Finance function.
- Managing the finance team to ensure all
- Production of Month End reporting packs
- Reporting key financial information to Managing Director
- Weekly engagement with SLT
- Attend weekly management
- Present the financial results to SLT
- Mentor and lead the develop to attain best practice
- Ensure all legal and HMRC requirements are met
- Main point of contact for Auditors
- Continue to develop best practice in the finance team
Person specification
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, ideally 5 years PQE
- At least 3 experiences of managing a team is essential
- Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of ERP system and system upgrades
- Must have strong excel skills
