Position: Multi Trade Carpenter
Location: SW London
Salary: £36,000 plus company van, fuel, overtime (optional) and benefits.
Our client, a well established property maintenance contractor, are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their property repairs and maintenance team to cover the SW London and Surrey areas on a variety of workstreams including social housing and private insurance works.
This is an opportunity to join a well managed organisation with fantastic opportunity to grow and progress.
Duties include :
Attending reactive repairs in occupied properties
Void refurbishments
Insurance works
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be capable of undertaking various trades such as carpentry, tiling, painting, patch plastering etc.
- Social housing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full driving licence
